1. Your documents never leave your device

All file processing — text extraction, structural checks, and keyword comparison — runs entirely inside your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your resume and job descriptions are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server operated by The Layout Loft.

2. What we do collect

• Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only a payment ID and order status — never your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Payment confirmation token: a cryptographic token is stored in your browser's local storage to keep your premium unlock active.
• Analytics (when enabled): privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view statistics. No personal identifiers.

3. What we never do

• Sell, share, or monetize your documents or personal data
• Use your resume content for AI training or any other purpose
• Send marketing emails without your consent

4. Third-party processors

Razorpay (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting/CDN) process limited data under their own policies. No other third party receives your information.

5. Transaction records

When you make a payment, our payment processor (Razorpay/Cashfree) collects your email and phone number to process the transaction. We retain a record of the transaction — payment ID, amount, plan purchased, date — for refund processing, unlock recovery, and legal compliance. We do not create an account for you. We never see your card, UPI, or bank details.

6. Optional communications

If you tick the opt-in checkbox after payment, we will send occasional emails about new tools and features. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
