1. What this service is

Resume Audit by The Layout Loft™ is a formatting reference utility. It performs mechanical, string-based checks on your document — structural landmark detection and literal keyword comparison against text you provide. It does not offer career advice, resume writing, or editorial judgment.

1a. Scope of Service

The Layout Loft accepts payments only from users within India. Free features of the service are available to all users worldwide. Paid features and premium downloads are currently limited to Indian users.

2. No employment guarantee

Using this service does not promise or imply interviews, shortlisting, or job placement. Hiring decisions depend on factors entirely outside this tool's scope.

3. No-touch policy

We never alter, rewrite, or generate your content. Keyword matching is literal text comparison — not a measure of your qualifications. Absence of a term does not mean absence of a skill.

4. Payments

Premium features are unlocked by a one-time payment (₹59, ₹99 or ₹199 depending on plan, inclusive of taxes), processed by Razorpay. This is a digital content delivery — see our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload documents you have no right to possess, and do not attempt to circumvent the payment mechanism or reverse-engineer the service for malicious use.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Layout Loft's liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

8. Refund Policy

Digital content purchases are non-refundable once the premium report or templates have been unlocked, except in cases of technical delivery failure. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days via the contact page with the Razorpay payment ID.
